These are my new favorite earrings to make. I love the way they dangle, and the proportion of the stones and discs. I know I've really done it when I can't stop thinking about a design and I have to make myself a version of the piece. They have everything I love in a piece of jewelry, movement, presence, texture, and stones that really stand out as one of a kind.
Built by hand with sterling silver, 18k gold and a pair of bi color tourmalines in pink and the most perfect shade of lime greenish yellow chartreuse. The discs hang from 18k gold links and ear wires, and have lovely swinging movement that helps them catch the light and shows off that lovely texture and the color of the stones.
