Built by hand from sterling silver and three unique pieces of turquoise from Kingman Arizona. The shapes and colors of the different stones make for a truly one of a kind piece, with a long sleek presence and lots of great movement. Finished off with a chunky pinned bail.
All of the pieces in this collection are built these pieces with rain and moody weather on my mind. Inspired by a the raindrop shaped pieces of turquoise, my life in the desert, growing up in Seattle and years spent living in tropical Hawaii. These places coudn't be more different, but what they have in common is dramatic rain. Even the desert with its minimal rain, manages to create moody drama when it does actually happen.
Pendant measures 2.5" from top to bottom and 1" wide
The chain is 19" long.
